Before retraining as a specialist holistic sleep consultant, I spent years navigating the high-pressure corporate world. My career was thriving, but my home life was in crisis. Dealing with the triple-threat of colic, silent reflux, and a dairy allergy with my own child led to extreme, ongoing sleep deprivation that severely affected my mental health.
I realised that no amount of professional success could compensate for the feeling of failing at home. I left the corporate world to ensure other parents don't have to experience what I did.
I developed the R.E.S.T Method™ to bring structure without pressure, a responsive framework designed to help babies and young children sleep more peacefully while parents feel supported, informed, and confident in the decisions they are making.
At its core, the R.E.S.T Method™ focuses on:
understanding your baby, toddler or child’s cues and individual needs
building supportive rhythms for naps and nights
using calm, practical settling strategies
making small, consistent changes that lead to lasting improvement

I am trained as a certified baby and child sleep consultant, an antenatal and postnatal educator, and a holistic health coach, with additional training in supporting families with additional needs. I was also named Children’s Health Consultant of the Year for Wales by the Prestige Awards. More importantly, my role is to guide you with empathy, clarity, and reassurance through a season that can otherwise feel isolating and overwhelming.
This work is about more than sleep. It is about helping you feel capable again, enjoy calmer evenings, experience more predictable naps, and finally rest at night without constant worry.
