I’m Keri, an Award-Winning Holistic Sleep Coach Helping Babies Sleep Better

Baby sleep consultant Keri Rock, founder of Sleepy Mums, standing in a bright kitchen holding a cup of tea, representing her gentle and relatable approach to sleep coaching.

If your baby isn’t sleeping and naps feel unpredictable, you’re probably exhausted, overwhelmed and unsure where to turn next. Most parents I work with have already tried the blogs, the tips, and the well-meaning advice from friends and relatives, yet still find themselves awake in the night wondering what they are doing wrong.

Baby sleep is rarely a one-size-fits-all problem, every baby is different, every family is different, and what works for one will not necessarily work for another. This is where personalised, gentle sleep support can make a real difference.

I am Keri Rock, the founder of Sleepy Mums, and I help families improve their baby’s sleep in a way that feels calm, responsive, and aligned with their values. My work focuses on supporting both nights and naps without rigid routines or leaving babies to cry.

I am also a mum, so I understand how deeply sleep deprivation can affect your confidence, your mental health, and your ability to enjoy the early years. With my own children, I’ve experienced long nights, unsettled sleep, and the constant second-guessing that comes with feeling like nothing is working. That lived experience plays a huge role in the way I support the families I work with now.

Today, I combine evidence-based sleep science with a gentle, practical approach that looks at the whole picture. This includes your baby’s temperament, sleep biology, environment, feeding, naps, nights, and what real life looks like for your family.

I developed the REST Method™ to bring structure without pressure, a responsive framework designed to help babies and young children sleep more peacefully while parents feel supported, informed, and confident in the decisions they are making.

At its core, the REST Method™ focuses on:

  • understanding your baby’s cues and individual needs

  • building supportive rhythms for naps and nights

  • using calm, practical settling strategies

  • making small, consistent changes that lead to lasting improvement

Many families see meaningful progress within a couple of weeks, without compromising connection, comfort, or their parenting instincts.

I am trained as a certified baby and child sleep consultant, an antenatal and postnatal educator, and a holistic health coach, with additional training in supporting families with additional needs. I was also named Children’s Health Consultant of the Year for Wales by the Prestige Awards. More importantly, my role is to guide you with empathy, clarity, and reassurance through a season that can otherwise feel isolating and overwhelming.

This work is about more than sleep. It is about helping you feel capable again, enjoy calmer evenings, experience more predictable naps, and finally rest at night without constant worry.

If you would like to talk things through, the best place to start is with a free sleep discovery call. It is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we look at what is happening with your baby’s sleep and explore what support would be most helpful for your family.

  • “I can’t believe how quickly things changed. Before working with Keri, I was running on empty — I’d tried everything and felt like I was failing. Within a week of starting the Calm Nights Programme, my baby was settling calmly at bedtime, naps were predictable, and I finally had my evenings back. But more than that, I felt like myself again. Keri’s approach is so gentle, reassuring, and easy to follow — she truly understands how to support both babies and mums. The REST Method™ changed everything for our family.”

  • “I’d read every book, followed every routine, and still nothing worked. I was exhausted and doubting myself. From our very first call, Keri made me feel calm and capable again. Her REST Method™ just made sense — gentle, structured, and totally in tune with my baby. Within two weeks, my little one was sleeping through the night and I finally felt in control. I only wish I’d found her sooner.”

  • “After months of perfect sleep, our toddler suddenly started waking constantly and bedtime became a battle. I felt like we’d lost all progress. Keri’s calm, reassuring guidance helped us reset in such a positive way. Her REST Method™ worked beautifully for a toddler too — within a fortnight, our evenings were peaceful again. She gave us the tools and the confidence to keep it that way.”
