Your Questions, Answered

  • It depends on your situation, the Masterclass is proactive prep for newborns. The Calm Collective is for those who want a plan but enjoy the encouragement of a group. However, if you are currently in the thick of it, and dealing with multiple/frequent night wakings and total exhaustion, the 1:1 Experience is the most transformative choice for rapid, sustainable change.

  • The 1:1 is my highest level of support, unlike the group setting, we spend a full hour deep-diving into your baby’s specific biology and your home environment. You don't just get a plan, you get me in your pocket for two weeks. We troubleshoot in real-time, meaning we can pivot the strategy the moment a "wobble" happens. It is the fastest way to move from "surviving" to "thriving."

  • If your child has complex sleep challenges, like extreme bedtime battles or hourly wakes, the 1:1 Experience is where you belong. In a group, we cover general themes, but in a 1:1, we unpick the specific nuances of your child’s temperament. If you feel like you’ve "tried everything," you need the bespoke, intensive focus that only the private package provides.

  • “As a first-time mum, I was second-guessing everything. The Calm Collective gave me structure, reassurance, and a safe space to ask questions without judgment. Keri’s calm energy and expertise were amazing. By the end of the two weeks, my baby was settling so much easier — and I was actually enjoying bedtime instead of dreading it.”

  • “I joined The Calm Collective before returning to work because I couldn’t face sleepless nights anymore. Keri’s advice was realistic and tailored to our family. Within days, our routine felt smoother and my baby started settling independently. The calls were a lifeline — I left every one feeling calm, capable, and supported.”

  • “I knew what I should be doing, but I couldn’t stay consistent. Having Keri guide us twice a week and check in through the group kept me accountable. Seeing other mums’ progress kept me motivated. My little girl now sleeps through most nights, and I feel like I’ve finally got balance back. It’s such a supportive space — highly recommend.”
